During the school year the Haleyville Lions football team plays a number of different teams in the area. These teams include the Hamilton Aggies and the Northside Panthers. These teams are both in the South East area of the state of Ohio.
Whether you’re a die hard Aggie fan or just a casual fan, the Hamilton Aggies have won the award for being one of the most successful football programs in Alabama. The team has been undefeated for seven seasons, with an overall record of 62.9%. They have also played in the Super 6 3A State Championship Game at Auburn University, and have ranked in the Top 10 in Alabama in most categories.
Although the Hamilton Aggies haven’t had the best season in a while, they are still a perennial powerhouse in Northwest Alabama high school football. The team has won seven regular seasons in a row, and they’ve been ranked in the Top 10 in the state for overall wins for eleven consecutive years.
The Hamilton Aggies’ football program has also produced some of the state’s best marching bands. The Hamilton Aggies’ marching band has been honored with many prestigious awards, including the best in show award. It has also appeared on ESPN and the Intrepid Sea, Air, and Space Museum, and has been featured in the Allstate Sugar Bowl in New Orleans. The Hamilton Aggies’ football program is one of the most passionate high school football fan bases in the state.

Earlier today, Haleyville Lions football took on the Hamilton Aggies in their final region game of the year. The Lions came out on top 52-12. The Aggies came into the game ranked third in Class 4A, Region 5. After the first half, the Lions led 14-7. The second half saw Andrew Davidson and Andy Maluda both score touchdowns.
The Lions were able to score touchdowns on a couple of long passing plays. One of those passes went to Benjamin Capps for 42 yards. The other went to Andrew Barton. He finished the play by taking the football home.
The Haleyville defense was also able to hold the Aggies to a field goal late in the fourth quarter. Haleyville was also able to recover a punt that was blocked in their territory. After a few minutes, the Lions were able to take the ball to the Aggie 19, and the Lions were able to score on a touchdown with three plays later.

During his 14 years as head coach of the Haleyville Lions, Chris Musso managed to earn a solid record. He also earned some of the highest honors in the sport. His tenure included two trips to the post season. One was the WFL Pro Bowl in 1974 and the other was the state playoffs in 2011.
He also authored a number of books about the sport. The most interesting was called The Musso of Haleyville: The Story of the Lions, which was published in 2010. Musso is also credited with starting the first varsity football team at the school. He also played for the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, where he was an all-American in 1971 and a member of the school’s Hall of Fame in 1989. Several students from the DECA club of the Haleyville Lions football team have been taking donations for the Braden Markus Memorial Scholarship Fund. These donations help high school students with extracurricular activities in college. Several students have raised $7,484 for the fund.
Students from the DECA club have been spending time with children at the United Child Care. This is a licensed child care center that serves low income children. Students have had community service projects with the center five times a year. This year, they had a chance to spend time with Della, one of the eight children at the center. During their visit, they opened many toys. They also had the chance to build a train out of colored markers. They played with Jayce, another of the children. Marlee Loudermilk said she felt good when Jayce was having fun.
Students from the DECA club have also been selling game day shirts with Braden’s number on them. The club will sell these shirts for the remainder of the 2010-2011 school year. They will also sell sweatshirts during the fall and winter seasons. Several members of the DECA club have also qualified for the International DECA competition in Orlando. The DECA club will also have a fundraiser for the Scholarship Fund during the week of February 22. The seniors have named the fundraiser The Week of 22. They will sell coffee, Clodhoppers, Fundcraft Community Cookbooks, advertising signs, jewelry through Great American Opportunities, and Fundcraft Community Cookbooks. The fundraiser will also include a book fair in the library.
Next year, the library will sell coffee, Clodhoppers, Clodhoppers with Fundcraft Community Cookbooks, Fundcraft Community Cookbooks with Coffee, Fundcraft Community Cookbooks with Coffee and Clodhoppers. The library will also sell Fundcraft Community Cookbooks in the spring. This fundraiser is an important part of the year for the DECA club.
